During the first quarter of 2008, Leon Singletary delivered a series of seminars to supervisors. The goal of the seminars was to enhance supervisory skill by presenting strategies for creating and maintaining a respectful work environment and raising awareness of potential diversity issues. The seminar was well received and rated a 3.8 out of 4.0 overall by the 60 participants who attended.
